The Promise of New Life

The Sunday school lesson for March 8, The importance of Servant-Leaders, comes from Ezekiel 34:23-31. We are still discussing the message Ezekiel brought to the Israelites trying to give them hope. God recognized that His people did not have good and just leaders. The leaders had wickedness in their hearts. He promises a devine appointment. Jesus Christ is the only true shepherd of God. He endured the pain of the world for our salvation.

What does God promise to do with the false leaders? Does this mean that Christians will not have problems or what? Why were the Iraelites so special to God, was it because they were such good people? Do you have peace?
